I'm passionate about helping charities succeed with systems and data. Often described as 'a safe pair of hands', I work as an extension to your team. I'm a skilled systems analyst and project manager. I can help you scope and run successful IT projects. I can deliver Salesforce, and integrated solutions, that make a difference to the way you do your great work.
I specialise in solutions for donor stewardship and stakeholder engagement, audience segmentation and email marketing. I build Salesforce customisations to streamline donation processing and bespoke Salesforce Apps to support service delivery. I have extensive experience building policies and solutions for GDPR and PECR compliance.
With over 25 years experience delivering IT projects in the commercial and charity sectors, I take a practical approach and I demystify jargon to help you deliver projects and solutions that align to your charity goals - in the simplest and most affordable way possible.
